We have the courage and determination to pursue “the best”,offering a succession of products that mark a break with a past.

the Bending Slicer A to ZThe history of Nippon Career Industry has witnessed a number of epoch-making products.
Released in 2002, the Bending Slicer A to Z is one such product, and it caused a revolution in slicing within the industry.
This emerged through repeated trial and error in a period of development spanning ten years.

Entering the slicer segment, which occupies a major position among food processing equipment, was a very significant step for the company. In the prototype phase, we were obliged to make considerable investments without any future guarantees, and for a small company like Nippon Career Industry, this required sustained courage.

However, we were determined to succeed and spared nothing in terms of technological input.
We make no room for compromise, eschewing “better” for “the best”.
Maintaining this uncompromising stance, we are working to create the next epoch-making products.

Product Development History

Developed the “everlasting puna” chopper plate knives.
A massive hit sold under the catchphrase “10 times the price, 100 times the service life” thanks to dramatically improved durability.
  2. Latter Half of the 1970s
Announced the Food Former (tabletop molder) – This simple machine, which continually fed material into a rotating drum to be shaped in fixed amounts, was a Nippon Career original design.

Today, many forming machines both in Japan and around the world make use of this groundbreaking system.
  3. 1980s
Announced the Vertical Conveyor (vertical screw conveyor) – The vertical movement of material achieved dramatic savings in floor space and was highly acclaimed. This, too, was a Nippon Career original design.

Announced the Mince Packer line – Nippon Career was able to develop this line of automatic fixed quantity meat packers suited to Japanese retail scenes thanks to the cooperation of people involved in the supermarket industry.
  4. 1990s – Today
Announced the Bending Slicer AtoZ, in development for 10 years – Successfully automates difficult work once only possible with manual labor. The Bending Slicer AtoZ also dramatically improves cutting performance and safety, drawing significant attention from interested parties.
In addition, for Nippon Career, the Bending Slicer AtoZ is an epoch-making machine which marks the company’s entry into the field of slicers, devices which hold a key position among food processing equipment.

Announced the Micro Dicer – The unique “step cutting” design prevents damage to material and is seen as the next generation in food processing technology.
