Research and development policy
Introducing the research and development leading to innovative technology at Nippon Career Industry.
Caused by long-term development
“Slicer Revolution”
In the history of Nippon Career Industry, epoch-making products have appeared from time to time. The "Bending Slicer A to Z" announced in 2002 is a representative example of this, and sparked a "slicing revolution" in the industry. It is a product that was born after about 10 years of trial and error.
Pursue the“best”rather than“better”
Our entry into the “slicer” field, which occupies a large position among food processing machines, is also significant. At the prototyping stage, it is inevitable that we will have to make unforeseen investments, and for a company that is by no means a large company, this process requires a great deal of courage. However, we have a strong desire to "make it happen" and put all of our technology into it. We never compromise and pursue "best" instead of "better".
History of product development
Pioneer period
Early 1970s
Developed a chopper plate knife called "Eternal Puna"."10 times the price, 100 times the durability" due to dramatically improved durability It was a big hit with the catchphrase.
Early period
Late 1970s
"Food Former" (desktop type molding machine) is announced - Our molding machine is original with a simple mechanism that continuously fills a rotating drum with material and performs quantitative molding.
Establishment period
1980s
Announcing the "Vertical Conveyor" (vertical spiral conveying device) - Realizing space-saving by conveying vertically, it was well received. This is also our company's original.
Rebellious period
1990s
Announcing the "Micro Dicer" - The original "step cutting" mechanism that does not damage the material is expected to be a next-generation food processing technology.
Breakthrough period
2000s
Announcing the "Bending Slicer AtoZ", which took 10 years to develop - Realizing mechanization of difficult manual work. In addition, the drastic improvement in cutting performance and safety has attracted a great deal of attention. For us, it was an epoch-making product that successfully entered the “slicer” field, which occupies a large position among food processing machines.
Growth period
2010s
Released the "KP-150", a slicer with automatic sliced meat arrangement. The industry's first slicer with serving device. In order to meet labor-saving needs, we plan to develop a more diverse series.
Revolutionary period
2020s
In pursuit of further labor saving, we will take on the challenge of product development that combines the transformation of conventional thinking and new technology.
