Ito-Yokado Sugito Perishable Center was having problems recruiting local personnel. Niippon Career Slicer was introduced with the expectation that it would contribute to solve fundamental problems such as the difficulty of securing a labor force and the time required to master processing techniques. It is used as an essential function for process centers to respond to the fast-paced consumption cycle of the online supermarket era.
